Moore often than not, if photographers are not included in the preceremony timing of getting ready, the timing of bridal photos is not fully taken into consideration. There are two critical things we always ask our brides to consider, 1) – Bridal portraits should happen soon after getting into her dress. This is highly recommended because makeup and hair are fresh and ready for photography. This is a time for close ups and all angels of the bride to be photographed, so why not do the photos at your highest beauty moment! 2)- The bride should also be photographed after getting ready versus closer to the ceremony time, as there is less chance any guests will see the bride before the ceremony. Every bride is different, some brides don’t mind being seen, but most want to leave that moment to coming down the aisle.
